SAPURA BAKER HUGHES HEALTH PROGRAM – Oct. 30, 2019 –
SBH has taken the initiatives to have a SBH Sports Marathon which consists of bowling, badminton, jogging, junggle trackking, Zumba and morning exercise before work during weekly HSE Stand down. The energy that comes with sport is amazing. This health program tends to have better attitudes among employees. They tend to have a physical and mental "balance" that results in a more positive attitude in the workplace. This program also reduces stress levels and improves overall health condition.
